Delivery & Postage

Delivery

We want receiving your Polly's Paper Garden order to be just as lovely as choosing it.

Every order is carefully prepared and packed before beginning its journey to you. As many of our Paper Garden boxes are individually curated, please allow time for us to select and prepare your treasures with care.

UK Delivery

FREE standard UK delivery on orders over £10.

Orders of £10 or less will incur a standard postage and packing charge, which will be shown at checkout before payment.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated dispatch and delivery times will be provided on the website and may be extended during particularly busy periods, launches, seasonal events or holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside our direct control. If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
