What is a Polly’s Paper Garden Flower Scoop?

Each Paper Garden starts with a guaranteed notebook. We then scoop the number of flowers included with your chosen box. Each flower corresponds to a particular type of stationery treasure, which is added to your order.

The flowers bring the surprise. We make sure your Garden works together.

Will my box look exactly like the photographs?

No — and that’s part of the fun!

Our stock is continually changing, so photographs show examples of Paper Gardens we’ve created. Products, colours, patterns and designs will vary.

Can I choose a colour theme?

Absolutely. When placing your order, you can leave us a note telling us about colours you particularly love — or colours you’d rather avoid.

We’ll always do our best to take your preferences into account, although specific colours and products cannot be guaranteed.

Does every Paper Garden include a notebook?

Yes. Every Paper Garden begins with a notebook because we want you to have somewhere to start creating as soon as your treasures arrive.

Even our Little Seedlings receive their own mini notebook. 🌱

Why do you include complimentary gifts?

Because we want the contents of your Paper Garden to work together.

There’s little point receiving a pencil without anything to sharpen it with — or beautiful journalling accessories without something you can use to begin creating.

That’s why every Paper Garden includes at least two complimentary gifts, chosen to complement the contents of your order.

What are Polly’s Golden Blooms?

Polly’s Golden Blooms are optional extra-special surprises that can be added to our adult Paper Garden boxes.

Each Golden Bloom contains a flower corresponding to one of our premium treasures.

Little golden surprises filled with thoughtful treasures, just for you.

What are Seedling Treats?

Seedling Treats are the Little Seedlings equivalent of our special add-ons — fun extras chosen especially for younger creative souls. 🌱

Can I have my order packed on video?

Yes! Add a Personal Packing Video for £4 and you can watch your flowers being scooped, your treasures revealed and your Paper Garden carefully packed especially for you.

Are Paper Garden boxes suitable for children?

Our standard Paper Garden boxes are designed primarily for adults and may contain small or decorative items unsuitable for young children.

Our Little Seedlings Bags contain a specially selected range intended for younger stationery lovers. Adult supervision should still be used where appropriate to the child’s age and the individual products received.

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is FREE when you spend over £40. Orders of £39 or less will have a postage and packing charge added at checkout (£3.50).
