Every Polly's Paper Garden order is prepared with care and we hope opening yours brings a little moment of joy.

We also understand that occasionally something may not be quite right.

Changing Your Mind

For eligible online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please contact us within this period if you wish to cancel.

Once you have notified us, eligible items should be returned to us within 14 days. Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning it.

Returned products should be unused and, where possible, returned in their original condition and packaging.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Personalised or Customised Orders

Some Polly's Paper Garden products may be individually personalised or made to a customer's specific requirements. Where an item is genuinely personalised or custom-made, the normal right to cancel may not apply.

We will make this clear on the relevant product page where applicable.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably with your order number and photographs showing the problem.

We'll work with you to put things right.

Your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are protected by UK consumer law and are not affected by this policy.

Mystery Scoops

The surprise is an important part of Polly's Paper Garden.

The contents of our Flower Scoops vary and individual products, colours and designs cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Receiving a different selection from one pictured on our website or social media does not, by itself, mean that an item is faulty or incorrect. Photographs are examples of the types of treasures you may receive.
